Text Box: Alumni Association - by Dave Stout ‘03
Text Box: created for the purpose of developing the alumni base, planning alumni events, and supporting the undergraduate chapter. Previously, all alumni contact was originated by the undergraduates. This method has proved to lack consistency and quality. The LDAA collects the modest dues of $50 to be an alumni association member. In turn, that money is used for such purposes as supporting the events of homecoming weekend, creating and mailing newsletters, and sending undergraduates to Chi Phi Congress/COE. If you are interested in becoming a member, information is listed at the end of this article.
The future of our chapter looks brighter than it has ever been. We hope that you enjoy catching up on what has happened at the chapter since you have been gone. Feel free to contact us if you would like the email address of an old friend or have any questions about the chapter. Also don’t forget to mark your calendars for Homecoming 2005 – November 4-6.

Text Box: The Lambda Delta Chapter is proud to bring to you the most recent alumni newsletter, The Lambda Delta Times. Some of you may be aware of the recent accomplishments of the chapter and alumni association; however, many of you have not heard from us in quite a long time.
To start things off, yes the chapter is alive and functioning. Actually, you can read more about the many accomplishments of our undergraduates in the newsletter. However, I would like to tell you about the accomplishments of the Lambda Delta alumni.
You have likely heard the saying that you don’t join Chi Phi for four, but 40 or more. We want to make sure this adage is more than a quick line told to potential members. For the past 18 months, a group of alums has been meeting on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 at the Old Pueblo Bar and Grill in Tucson for dinner and drinks. It has been a great way for our graduated brothers to keep in touch with other alums and share stories about the fraternity. This event has consistently been attended by 10 or more. Some brothers even drive in from Phoenix!
